Hi, I'm Ferial. I understand that your journey through menstruation, pregnancy, and motherhood is unique.


Since completing my traditional Hatha yoga training in Mysore, India, I have worked with multiple yoga studios teaching this calming and strengthening practice to students from all walks of life.
I desired to improve my well-being, which led me to learn more about using traditional yoga practices to enhance my overall health. Having lost three pregnancies made me understand how observing, honouring and listening to my body can make me feel powerful.
After my son's birth, I decided to strengthen my training as a women's health yoga teacher. It was through my training and practice with women that I observed a disconnect some women had with the inner workings of their bodies.
Honouring womanhood is my greatest passion, and I make it my purpose to continually educate myself to support women by using yoga to feel empowered, confident and to create loving connections with their bodies.
VamaYoga is how I pursue this passion!
